1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using ScholarsPath (the "Service"), operated by Kingbo Corp. Holdings OÜ ("ScholarsPath," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
ScholarsPath provides scholarship matching, preparation tools, and guidance for students seeking international education opportunities. ScholarsPath gives preparation guidance only. We do not guarantee admission, funding, or any specific outcome from any scholarship, university, or program. Fit Scores and recommendations are informational estimates, not promises.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans (Scholar, Laureate, and Season Pass options) are billed as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by PayPal; ScholarsPath does not store your full payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In general, one-time Season Pass purchases and recurring subscription charges are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the Service to submit false information to scholarship providers; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Official application handoff
ScholarsPath prepares application materials and directs you to official university, embassy, or program portals for final submission. We are not affiliated with, and do not act on behalf of, the scholarship-granting institutions listed on the platform unless explicitly stated.
8. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and technology comprising the Service are owned by Kingbo Corp. Holdings OÜ or its licensors. You retain ownership of the personal and academic content you submit, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the Service (for example, generating your Application Passport).
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." ScholarsPath does not guarantee that scholarship information is error-free or that it reflects the most current requirements of any third-party institution; you should always verify details on the relevant official source before relying on them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingbo Corp. Holdings OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed deadlines, denied applications, or lost opportunities, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
