Kingbo Corp. Holdings OÜ, the operator of ScholarsPath, is based in Estonia, within the European Union. As a result, we apply the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as our baseline standard for handling personal data — for all users, not only those located in the EU/EEA.

Your rights under GDPR

Right of access

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Right to rectification

You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")

You can request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions (for example, data we must retain for accounting purposes).

Right to restrict processing

You can ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.

Right to data portability

You can request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and have it transferred to another provider where technically feasible.

Right to object

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including for direct marketing purposes.

Right to withdraw consent

Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority, or with Estonia's Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), the supervisory authority for Kingbo Corp. Holdings OÜ.

How to exercise your rights

To exercise any of the rights listed above, email us at grwthlife@gmail.com with your request and the email address associated with your account. We will respond within one month, as required by GDPR. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing certain requests, to protect your data from unauthorized access.

If you are not satisfied with our response, EU/EEA residents may contact Estonia's Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or their own national supervisory authority.
